Medical Prognosis Institute
With leading edge technology based on DNA microarrays our goal is to
improve cancer treatment with existing and future drugs and radiation
treatment.
Medical Prognosis Institute, Denmark, is currently conducting phase III
clinical trials which serve to validate our claims that we will give
cancer patients and physicians the necessary insight needed to help
make much improved treatment decisions.
Medical Prognosis Institute was established to address the unmet need
of patients, care givers and healthcare professionals to use
individualized genomic profiling of tumor tissue for determining which
cancer patients will benefit from which specific chemotherapy and/or
radiation therapy.
The DNA microarray cutting edge technology allows sofar unseen insight
into the specific genetic make-up of each specific tumor, which enables the physician to make a more informed decision:
- Will
the patient benefit from chemotherapy, and
- exactly which of many
available anticancer drugs or radiation treatment will be the most
effective in each individual case.
