Cancer Prognostication
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

With MPI's proprietary technology the oncologist can predict the prognosis of cancer patients after surgery. By measuring the gene expression profile with a DNA microarray after the tumor is removed surgically, the method can distinguish between those patients that will benifit from adjuvant chemotherapy and those that will not to reduce the risk of relapse.

Prospective observation trials started in 2008 to confirm the clinical relevance of MPI's NSCLC cancer prognosticator.
